who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and have their permanent residence in Germany.

A fan is someone who has clicked the “Like” button on Facebook for the pages of the Max-Schmeling-Halle, the Velodrom, and UFO.

A fan is someone who follows the Instagram profiles of the Max-Schmeling-Halle, the Velodrom, and the UFO.

Employees of the Apleona Group and Velomax Berlin Hallenbetriebs GmbH are excluded from participation.

This contest is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook or Instagram.

3. Participation:

Participation in the drawing is free of charge.

5. Selection of Winners:

Winners will be selected by random drawing.

For each contest, winners will be notified by email.

 

Notification and Prize Claim:

Winners will be notified via email at the email address they provided.

A two-day period begins at the time of notification, during which the winner must respond to Velomax Berlin Hallenbetriebs GmbH by emailing the social media team at social-media(at)velomax.de. If the concert takes place on the day of the drawing, the winner must respond immediately.

If no response is received, the prize will be forfeited. 

Velomax Berlin Hallenbetriebs GmbH collects and stores the last name, first name, and email address provided as part of the giveaway. The data is collected and stored to determine, notify, and announce the winner. It will not be shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.

 

7. Awarding of the Prize

The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winner. The prize will be awarded solely as a non-cash prize; it cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner must pick up the prize in person at the guest list desk upon presentation of a photo ID.

Velomax Berlin Hallenbetriebs GmbH collects and stores the provided last name, first name, and email address.

The data is used to determine the winner, notify them, and announce the winner. The data will not be shared for advertising purposes.

 

9. Participants’ rights regarding data processing:

Under the Federal Data Protection Act, participants have the right at any time to request information about their stored data, as well as the right to have data corrected, blocked, or deleted, if applicable.

10. Rules of Conduct:

Velomax Berlin Hallenbetriebs GmbH reserves the right to exclude from the drawing any participants who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the entry process or the drawing itself.

 

11. Termination:

Velomax Berlin Hallenbetriebs GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the drawing without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. This applies in particular if the drawing cannot proceed as scheduled, for example due to software and/or hardware errors and/or other technical and/or legal reasons that affect the regular and proper conduct of the drawing.
